Return and complaints

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period for withdrawal shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by sending an e-mail to info@exize.eu).

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us the information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

A consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract if the purchased goods are non-prefabricated, made to the consumer's specifications or to satisfy their individual needs (Article 38(3) of the Act on consumer rights). This applies to products which have been made on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer. These are clearly individualised goods, such as e.g. a different colour of a T-shirt, printing or an individual choice of type of clothing.


If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, except for the delivery cost, immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment methods as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees in relation with the reimbursement.

In the event of a need to return funds for a transaction made by the Client with a payment card, the seller will return them to the bank account assigned to the Client's payment card.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the item or you have provided us with proof of its return, whichever is earlier.

Please return the item immediately to the address: Maciej Krupniewski EXIZE, al. Paderewskiego 35/4, 51-612 Wrocław, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the deadline of 14 days.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. Please send us also the proof of purchase with the goods (invoice or receipt), which will improve the return procedure.
The online store does not accept "cash on delivery" returns.

 COMPLAINTS RELATED TO ORDERS:

 The Exize Store as a seller shall be liable to the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular Articles 556[1]-556[3] of the Civil Code.

Complaints resulting from infringement of the Client's rights guaranteed by law or on the basis of these Regulations should be addressed to info@exize.eu. The Exize Store undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this proves impossible, to inform the Client within this period about the time when the complaint shall be considered.

COMPLAINTS RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY ELECTRONIC MEANS:

The Exize Store shall take steps to ensure that the Store operates fully correctly, to the extent that it is based on current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by Clients within a reasonable time.

The Client is obliged to immediately notify the Exize Store of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the online store service.

The Client may report irregularities related to the functioning of the Store in writing to the address: Maciej Krupniewski EXIZE, al. Paderewskiego 35/4, 51-612 Wrocław or by e-mail to info@exize.eu

In the complaint, the Client should provide their name, address, type of the irregularity related to the operation of the Store and the date it occured.

The Exize Store undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this proves impossible, to inform the Client within this period about the time when the complaint shall be considered.
